The second quarter of 2021: Home prices in Savage increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Savage rose by $39,500 while total sales decreased by 8.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 112 homes sold, with a median sale price of $357,500 - a 12.4% increase over the $318,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 123 homes sold in Savage in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Savage for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,760, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
