Cologne home prices rose in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Cologne rose by $15,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $305,500 - a 5.3% increase over the $290,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Cologne in the second quarter of 2020.
