The first half of 2021: Home prices in Edina increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Edina rose by $133,750 while total sales decreased by 26.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 207 homes sold, with a median sale price of $693,000 - a 23.9% increase over the $559,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 282 homes sold in Edina in the first half of 2020.
