St. Louis Park home prices rose in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in St. Louis Park rose by $32,500 while total sales decreased by 41.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 179 homes sold, with a median sale price of $365,500 - a 9.8% increase over the $333,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 307 homes sold in St. Louis Park in the first half of 2020.
