The first half of 2021: Minneapolis experienced a 10.8% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Minneapolis rose by $32,000 while total sales decreased by 20.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 1,593 homes sold, with a median sale price of $327,000 - a 10.8% increase over the $295,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,998 homes sold in Minneapolis in the first half of 2020.
