Jordan median home prices rose by 18.6% in April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Jordan rose by $51,700 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $329,500 - a 18.6% increase over the $277,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Jordan in April 2020.

The median sales tax in Jordan for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,620, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for April 2021.
