The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in St. Anthony in Hennepin County rose by $79,793 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $402,500 - a 24.7% increase over the $322,708 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in St. Anthony in the first quarter of 2020.
