Hamburg home prices rose in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Hamburg rose by $114,500 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $314,500 - a 57.3% increase over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Hamburg in the first quarter of 2020.
