Centerville median home prices rose by 17.7% in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Centerville rose by $49,250 while total sales remained unchanged with eight homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $326,750 - a 17.7% increase over the $277,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Centerville in the first quarter of 2020, as well.
