Blaine (Anoka County) home prices rose in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Blaine in Anoka County rose by $17,500 while total sales increased by 44.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 111 homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,000 - a 6.4% increase over the $272,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 77 homes sold in Blaine in the first quarter of 2020.
