February 2021: Shoreview experienced a 17.8% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Shoreview fell by $56,000 while total sales remained unchanged with nine homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $259,000 - a 17.8% decrease over the $315,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Shoreview in February 2020, as well.
