Median home prices in Scandia rose to $295,000 in December 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Scandia rose by $101,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,000 - a 52.1% increase over the $194,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Scandia in December 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Scandia for 2020 was $3,845. In 2019, the median sales tax was $3,570. This marks an increase of 7.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.3%.
