Stillwater (Washington County) home prices rose in the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Stillwater in Washington County rose by $27,500 while total sales decreased by 41.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 53 homes sold, with a median sale price of $367,500 - a 8.1% increase over the $340,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 90 homes sold in Stillwater in the fourth quarter of 2019.
