Hastings (Washington County) home prices fell in the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Hastings in Washington County fell by $245,000 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $330,000 - a 42.6% decrease over the $575,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Hastings in the fourth quarter of 2019.
