Hamburg median home prices rose by 37.8% in the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Hamburg rose by $59,500 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $217,000 - a 37.8% increase over the $157,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Hamburg in the fourth quarter of 2019, as well.
