Pricing for the median home in Shorewood increased during the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Shorewood rose by $33,000 while total sales decreased by 64.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $576,000 - a 6.1% increase over the $543,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Shorewood in the fourth quarter of 2019.
