The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Apple Valley rose by $25,475 while total sales decreased by 5.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 174 homes sold, with a median sale price of $289,950 - a 9.6% increase over the $264,475 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 184 homes sold in Apple Valley in the fourth quarter of 2019.
