Pricing for the median home in Linwood decreased during the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Linwood fell by $66,042 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $288,959 - a 18.6% decrease over the $355,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Linwood in the fourth quarter of 2019.
