The fourth quarter of 2020: Mound experienced a 20.4% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Mound rose by $52,400 while total sales decreased by 56.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $309,850 - a 20.4% increase over the $257,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Mound in the fourth quarter of 2019.
