New Prague home prices rose in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in New Prague rose by $43,100 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 18.2% increase over the $236,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in New Prague in the second half of 2019.
