How did home prices perform in Grant during the second half of 2020?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Grant fell by $95,250 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $441,000 - a 17.8% decrease over the $536,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Grant in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Grant for 2020 was $4,686. In 2019, the median sales tax was $4,517. This marks an increase of 3.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.1%.
