Cologne home prices rose in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Cologne rose by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 3.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,000 - a 7.3% increase over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Cologne in the second half of 2019.
