The second half of 2020: Home prices in Watertown (Carver County) increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Watertown in Carver County rose by $39,963 while total sales decreased by 7.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $283,000 - a 16.4% increase over the $243,038 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Watertown in the second half of 2019.
