The second half of 2020: Home prices in Woodbury increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Woodbury rose by $29,800 while total sales decreased by 30.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 474 homes sold, with a median sale price of $345,000 - a 9.5% increase over the $315,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 682 homes sold in Woodbury in the second half of 2019.
