The second half of 2020: Home prices in Vermillion increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Vermillion rose by $5,000 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 1.6% increase over the $315,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Vermillion in the second half of 2019.
