The second half of 2020: Home prices in Ramsey increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Ramsey rose by $20,800 while total sales decreased by 2.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 136 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 7.4% increase over the $279,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 140 homes sold in Ramsey in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Ramsey for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,827, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
