Edina median home prices rose by 4.4% in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Edina rose by $25,250 while total sales decreased by 41.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 221 homes sold, with a median sale price of $600,000 - a 4.4% increase over the $574,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 378 homes sold in Edina in the second half of 2019.
