Pricing for the median home in Centerville increased during the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Centerville rose by $6,600 while total sales increased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $271,500 - a 2.5% increase over the $264,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Centerville in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Centerville for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,231, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
