Median home prices in Shorewood rose to $530,000 in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Shorewood rose by $78,200 while total sales decreased by 40.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $530,000 - a 17.3% increase over the $451,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 66 homes sold in Shorewood in the second half of 2019.
