Median home prices in Anoka rose to $260,000 in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Anoka rose by $30,100 while total sales decreased by 8.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 13.1% increase over the $229,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 69 homes sold in Anoka in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Anoka for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,294, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
