Circle Pines home prices rose in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Circle Pines rose by $36,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $249,250 - a 17.2% increase over the $212,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Circle Pines in the second half of 2019.
