The second half of 2020: Bethel experienced a 3.8% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Bethel fell by $8,950 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 3.8% decrease over the $233,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Bethel in the second half of 2019.
