The second half of 2020: Home prices in St. Louis Park increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in St. Louis Park rose by $39,600 while total sales decreased by 44.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 190 homes sold, with a median sale price of $359,500 - a 12.4% increase over the $319,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 343 homes sold in St. Louis Park in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in St. Louis Park for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,996, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
