Home prices increased in Bloomington during the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Bloomington rose by $24,500 while total sales decreased by 54.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 277 homes sold, with a median sale price of $315,000 - a 8.4% increase over the $290,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 610 homes sold in Bloomington in the second half of 2019.
