Arden Hills home prices rose in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Arden Hills rose by $3,500 while total sales decreased by 32.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $385,000 - a 0.9% increase over the $381,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Arden Hills in the second half of 2019.
