Roseville median home prices rose by 8.4% in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Roseville rose by $22,500 while total sales decreased by 28.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 169 homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,000 - a 8.4% increase over the $267,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 235 homes sold in Roseville in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Roseville for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,618, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
