Rising home prices in Osseo in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Osseo rose by $30,666 while total sales decreased by 52.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,666 - a 13.3% increase over the $230,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Osseo in the second half of 2019.
