The second half of 2020: White Bear Lake (Ramsey County) experienced a 7.6% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in White Bear Lake in Ramsey County rose by $20,100 while total sales decreased by 29.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 104 homes sold, with a median sale price of $285,000 - a 7.6% increase over the $264,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 147 homes sold in White Bear Lake in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in White Bear Lake for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,894, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
