Pricing for the median home in New Germany increased during 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in New Germany rose by $39,500 while total sales decreased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,000 - a 19.5% increase over the $202,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in New Germany in 2019.
