2020: Pine Springs experienced a 32.1% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Pine Springs fell by $153,250 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $323,500 - a 32.1% decrease over the $476,750 median sale price for the previous year. There were three homes sold in Pine Springs in 2019, as well.
