Blaine (Anoka County) median home prices rose by 6.5% in 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Blaine in Anoka County rose by $17,300 while total sales decreased by 28%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 557 homes sold, with a median sale price of $282,300 - a 6.5% increase over the $265,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 774 homes sold in Blaine in 2019.
