Long Lake median home prices fell by 6.4% in 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Long Lake fell by $22,050 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $321,950 - a 6.4% decrease over the $344,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Long Lake in 2019.
