Minneapolis home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Minneapolis rose by $45,500 while total sales decreased by 81.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,500 - a 16.3% increase over the $280,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 323 homes sold in Minneapolis in November 2019.

The median sales tax in Minneapolis for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,937, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for November 2020.
