Jordan home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Jordan rose by $154,100 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $359,000 - a 75.2% increase over the $204,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Jordan in November 2019.
