Victoria home prices fall in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Victoria fell by $74,500 while total sales decreased by 35.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $445,000 - a 14.3% decrease over the $519,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Victoria in November 2019.
