Grant home prices fall in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Grant fell by $82,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $480,000 - a 14.7% decrease over the $562,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Grant in November 2019.

The median sales tax in Grant for 2020 was $4,686. In 2019, the median sales tax was $4,517. This marks an increase of 3.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1%.
