Apple Valley home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Apple Valley rose by $80,000 while total sales decreased by 46%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $317,000 - a 33.8% increase over the $237,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 63 homes sold in Apple Valley in November 2019.
