St. Paul Park home prices fall in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in St. Paul Park fell by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,000 - a 2.4% decrease over the $210,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in St. Paul Park in November 2019.
