Ramsey home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Ramsey rose by $38,000 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $305,000 - a 14.2% increase over the $267,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Ramsey in November 2019.
