Hopkins home prices fall in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Hopkins fell by $91,000 while total sales decreased by 88.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $222,000 - a 29.1% decrease over the $313,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Hopkins in October 2019.
